Who we are

Hi, I'm Abby, the designer behind Big Stitch Apparel!

Big Stitch is a small-batch clothing company creating unique designs for boutiques, brands, and special occasions.

I started Big Stitch because I wanted to explore different sewing techniques and find new ways to express myself through clothing. As a full-time engineer, I had no formal clothing design or sewing training, but I quickly realized that this was something I was really passionate about. As I learned embroidery, appliqué, and mixed-media design, I started to find my style and got to meet a bunch of really cool people along the way.

Every piece is designed and sewn in-house by me! What started out as small gifts for my friends and family has now become something that I could have never imagined! This coming winter we’ll celebrate Big Stitch’s third birthday, so stay tuned for an exciting surprise!
